The Y1 Hockey Shop is fully open with Y1 equipment, apparel and Bowdon Hockey kit available to buy in store.

Bowdon Hockey Club have signed a 5-year kit partnership with Y1 Hockey to supply new kit to Bowdon Hockey Club. Together, we are paving the way for the future of sustainable hockey kit with the entire range being made from recycled plastic bottles and organic cotton.
Hockey sticks – The Y1 store has a large number of different sticks for both juniors and adult players in stock. We may not always have the stick you want in the exact size you need but the full range of Y1 hockey sticks can be purchased online at www.y1hockey.com.
Demo sticks – We have a range of demo sticks on site at Bowdon which can be tested on the practice pitch to make sure you are happy with your choice before you buy.
As well as hockey sticks, the store also stocks:

- Hockey gloves
- Shin pads
- Bags
- Chamois

The shop houses a number printing heat press to print your squad number onto your new Y1 shirt, and this can be done in house on a 24 hour turnaround (can be done while you wait if the shop is quiet). If you do not have a shirt number, please email [email protected] and state player name, gender and age. Please note shirt numbers are not required for players under 13 unless you are playing in an England Hockey Cup or a NW U14 League which may require you to have one.
