Welcome to Bowdon Hockey Juniors!
We are proud to be an England Hockey Talent Centre and welcome juniors from age 4 (Reception school year) to 18.
While providing access to leading player development opportunities, we also aim to be inclusive and enable every player to enjoy the sport of hockey and achieve their goals, whatever level.
We now have over 400 junior members split across Minis (Reception – Year 3), Bowdon Bears (Years 4-6), Junior teams (Years 7-9), age group squads (Years 7-13) and senior teams. More information is below and also on our separate Primary age and Secondary age hockey pages.

VOLUNTEERING
If you think you could help in ANY way with the hockey section, please get in touch – you don’t need to know anything about hockey! For example, we need people to do team co-ordination, membership management, communications, website updates, organising social events, managing the pre-loved kit sales, fundraising, organising friendlies/fixtures etc
In addition, we love juniors to get involved to learn new skills, build connections and gain experience – whether as part of Duke of Edinburgh or just to support the Club. To learn more, please contact the Junior Chair, Julie Saunders.
